The ‘Big Pause’ continues

New cannabis businesses looking to open in Oregon have at least another 12 to 18 months to wait, according to Danica Hibpshman, statewide director of licensing at the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. Ashland business unveils hemp cigarettes

Southern Oregon businesses network at the fifth-annual CCC event in Portland Sean Roberts and Thomas Letchworth of Ashland went to a cannabis business conference in Portland last week to sell their new brand of hemp cigarettes. Ted Jared and Hannah Watters, owners of Corner Creek Farms in White City, went to the conference to sell their cannabis farm.
